Ask-a-Librarian
The Boreham Library provides research and instruction services in a number of ways:
In Person: Ask for assistance from Research Librarians on the second floor of the Boreham Library during all hours that the library is open. If you need help locating materials or searching the online catalogs and databases, they can help you.By Appointment: If you would like to be certain one of our Reference Librarians is available to sit down with you to discuss your research, e-mail or call Martha Coleman (479) 788-7208 or Carolyn Filippelli (479) 788-7204.
By E-mail: . Response time is usually within 24 hours. If you need a quicker response, call the library. Help by e-mail is restricted to UA Fort Smith students, faculty, and staff.

- Help in searching electronic databases and resources
- Getting answers to brief factual questions
- Ideas on which resources to search
- Verifying book and journal citations
- Troubleshooting for electronic reserves and off campus access
